Anger is a natural emotion, so there’s no reason to beat ourselves over the head about it! It only becomes a problem if our reactions affect the people and things around us, if it happens on a consistent basis or it’s set off by any little thing.
I wanted to put together helpful tips that can really make a difference and go deeper than the commonly narrow: “breathe and visualize peace” advice, and I really hope you’ll find the value I was hoping to give.
