I’m sorry I’ve been MIA for a while, but I promise I have some good excuses :) Next week in the first Personal Growth video of the year I will share the reasons why. Next week I also plan on delivering what I think will be one of my best videos yet. It will be a Part deux of the How to Deal with Depression video. I was overwhelmed by how many of you not only liked the video and gained things from it, but have experienced or are currently experiencing this terrible depression.

So I made it my mission to dig deeper. I’ve been writing content for weeks (literally) and I’ve searched in places inside my soul I’ve never been to before. All in all, I really hope that you’ll be pleased. Here's Part 1 if you'd like to catch up!

Today however, I wanted to talk to you about New Year resolutions and goal setting. You’ll see in the video some startling statistics, but till you watch, let me just say that hundreds of millions of people around the world start the new year with intentions and hopes of accomplishing something, but unfortunately don’t get to finish the process and reap the rewards.

In a nutshell, new years resolutions end up (for the most part), only new year wishes. There’s so much to goal setting, and that’s what I wanted to share with you today. Though your goal is to lose weight, save more money, quit smoking or become more organized, there’s something for everybody in this video. I’ve done research; I’ve documented my own steps, shared from my personal experiences and essentially organized everything into this video for you.

If you follow the steps I’m sharing with you, your new year resolutions will be more than new year wishes. They’ll be your very own new year accomplishments.
