After all the times I've spoken out loud about the stress of wedding planning, the lack of time, the nervousness… just like that – the day's come and gone!

Throughout the day, I did my best to vlog and capture the essence of what was going on. There were times when I got so caught up in the moment though, I forgot to press Record. But for the most part, I filmed enough for my internet family to see what went down.:-)

The professional photographs and videos will arrive in about 3 weeks from now and I will share a lot more once I have them. Till then, here's today's vlog documenting the process of getting ready, showing off my crazy girlfriends, a snipped from the ceremony and of course… the party!

Before watching, I really wanted you to know how much you mean to me and how thankful WE are for all the kind wishes and comments we've been getting. It means so much, I can't find the words to describe. Thank You!

Lastly, I wanted to share some newly acquired pieces of advice for future brides to be. They will help!

May your life be filled with unconditional love and happiness. If you're reading this, I hope that you'll feel the excitement of new love even 10 years from now. Good luck in everything that you do, today and everyday!

1. Make sure that everything you need to do for the wedding gets done before the big day. The only thing you'll want to do that day is lounge around, have your friends over, enjoy a glass of champs and get your look on. Otherwise you'll be stressed and rushed.

2. Don't have more than 2 drinks prior to the wedding and during the party. It goes by so fast, you'll want to remember every second of it. I did that, and I feel so fortunate compared to other girls who don't remember much.

3. Stay hydrated throughout the entire day. Jitters can get the best of us and dehydration can lead to dizziness and fatigue.

4. Make sure the look (hair/makeup/etc) is checked and double-checked. I had so much anxiety, I didn't double-check and now I wish I would have done a couple of things differently. Ask a friend to remind you before walking the isle, to take a second look at the makeup, hair and make sure the dress and undergarments are all in place. Also – NEVER be scared to tell your makeup artist and hair person if you don't like something, or want things done differently – you're paying for their time!

5. 10 minutes before walking down the isle, as I was drowning in anxiety, I went to the restroom (I wanted some alone time) and did the diaphragm breathing/progressive muscle relaxation exercise I spoke about in the anxiety video (with modifications to fit the environment I was in) + 2 of the stretching exercises from the video about relieving stress. You have no idea how much they helped, I recommend you try them on your wedding day (and everyday actually, to improve the quality of your life).

6. Eat. Enjoy the food as it will be one of the most special meals of your life. Most brides get carried away moving from table to table and talking to guests, they don't really eat. I made sure to set out the 20 minutes I needed during the formal sit down, to enjoy eating with my husband and nothing else mattered.

7. Expect that things will go wrong. When there are so many different people involved, the chances of things going wrong are just about as high as they can be. We've had a flock of 13-year old wedding crashers, our DJ was "off" after a recent surgery we were not aware off, mic going off in the middle of speeches, music getting cut off, didn't end up having our first dance… Bathrooms flooded… We have to remember that there's nothing we can do that day except do our best to enjoy the time that will fly by so fast. And honestly from what I've just experienced, your guest most likely won't have a clue there things in the background that aren't going smoothly. Relax. :-)

I hope these tips will help if you're about to get married. Please see below for a breakdown of all the products used for the bridal makeup (not sponsored) and stay tuned for a new video coming next week. Thank you for watching!

Love always,
