HOW I MAKE RICE WATER:
First, quickly rinse the rice with water, to remove any dirt. Place the rice in a bowl and cover it with water. Let it soak for 15 to 30 minutes occasionally swirl around so the water turns cloudy. That’s when all the nourishing benefits from the rice will seep into the water. Strain out the rice water into a clean bowl and you’re good to go!
