This is such a good quote, isn’t it? And so true! ♡^▽^♡ 

In this video, I’ve put together some of the latest weight loss tricks I’ve been doing to curb my hunger, control my weight and shed some poundage. I'm not just saying it – I'm a total foodie. Everybody that knows me, knows I love me everything fried, with a side of burger if you know what I mean. I'm always hungry, and I didn't grow up with a love of vegetables. It's taken me a long time and a lot of trial and error to finally figure out what kind of weight loss tips actually work for me.

Having to deal with the health issues I mentioned in the P.G. video a couple of weeks ago also made it more difficult to lose weight. But I've figured out what works for me and that's what I'm sharing with you today. I hope these tips will inspire and help you as much as they’ve helped me!
