Protein and Healthy Carbs after today's 5AM workout. I used to say all the time: "I'm so busy, I don't have time to work out..". But truth is, where there's a will, there's a way. I run a full time business, I make videos and blog every week, I cook, I clean and do laundry, and if the only time I have to exercise is 5 AM, damn it I'll do it!! #nomoreexcuses in 2014!! Within 30-40min of your work out, have some protein and healthy carbs to help Recover! Protein should be in a ratio of 2 to 1, so if you have a lean body mass of 132 lbs, this would be roughly about 25-50 grams of carbs and 10-20 grams of protein if you are cutting. Online calculators can help you establish those numbers depending on what you need. Strength training. #Cardio. Stretching. Let's do this!!!
