Please don't let the picture scare you ⬆︎ :D On Mondays I use a Bird's Nest mask.

OK – so I consider this to be the BEST beauty tip I've learned in a long time – and that says a lot! And because I ❤ you, I'll share it with you!

I recently heard that the woven by swiftlets from their saliva (edible Bird's Nest or Bird's Nest), is one of the most popular tonics in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM); it's actually considered to be one of the "four great youth tonics". Swiftlets are birds btw. lol

"Bird's Nest" is more commonly consumed in soup form, but the beauty industry has also turned it into topical use.

Modern studies have shown that Bird's Nest is rich in epidermal growth factor (EGF), a substance responsible for skin and tissue repair.

It's not that easy to find a topical form, because the product is not as widely available in the U.S., but I managed to find a brand that I've been using now for about a month and the results… Let's just say that my skin feels SO soft the morning after I use it, I can't even imagine this product not being part of my beauty regimen anymore.

This is not a sponsored ad btw, just something I've been trying for myself.

You can Google and learn about the benefits for yourself, and if you give it a try, let me know if you notice an improvement in your skin texture. This is supposed to be a really good anti-aging trick.

I bought this product from Amazon and I linked it for you here.

After washing my face, I apply the mask and leave it on for 30 minutes. After removing it, dab any leftover product into the skin, and follow with moisturizer.

P.S. How cute is this wall decal? I got it from Kohl's :)

Love you always!!
