Relationship Problems | 5 sabotage acts and how to fix them

Hi!

You may know already… … … that I’ve been through a lot of lousy relationships in the past (marriage and divorce too), to wrap my head around the damage that sabotaging behavior can do, and how important it is to modify and improve it.

As I’ve had lots of girl time with my ladies throughout the years, talking about thangs us girls talk about, I’ve come to realize that I’m not the only one who’s traveled through sabotaging territory; it’s in fact, a more common issue than I’ve ever thought.  As I’m writing this, I realized that I can’t even list 5 people that I don’t know of, or haven’t seen, doing something that sabotages their relationship.

So with that in mind, I’ve set out to explore the triggers of this type of behavior, ultimately identified 14 major sabotaging acts that I'll share with you + in the video I'll also share techniques and ideas on how we can modify the sabotaging behavior to avoid crucifying our relationship.

In the video I’m sharing 5 acts, and in the email newsletter that went out to my beloved subbies this morning, I’ve shared 9 more. If you didn’t get that email because you’re not signed up yet, you can do so now, and I’ll email you all the private content you may have missed up to this point.

Your watching and reading this means the world to me, I hope you won’t get sick of me saying it… I just really can’t believe sometimes that you care about what I’m doing here, so I guess I’ve just got my head in the clouds.

Please like the video if it brought value to you, and share it to spread the word.

I can’t wait to see you soon, I love you for watching!!

Xoxo
