Metallics are tricky to wear. Like with any shiny or reflective clothing, the effect is to make whatever they’re covering seem… well… bigger. And I don't know about you, but the last thing I want for my clothing to do, is to make me look bigger. BUT – if you're like me, and L O V E the edge and look of metallic clothing, you have to learn little tricks here 'n there.
In this instance, the pants I'm wearing have multicolored patterns that repeat themselves vertically. And anybody that knows vertical stripes, knows they have a slimming effect. So that offsets the shine of the material, and allows me to hear the metallics I love so much!
